5. Bonuses and Promotions

9. Account Suspension and Termination

59bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where 59bet has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where account closure is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. In the event of a suspension or closure, any pending bets that were placed before the suspension will generally be settled in accordance with normal rules, and any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may cause temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. 59bet will use reasonable efforts to minimise the duration and frequency of any such interruptions.

12. Privacy and Data Protection
